Thanks to all of you who submitted your application forms this weekend. In addition to the applications, we are getting lots of questions and interest from around the country. We are getting lots of inquiries to hold a tryout up in beautiful Alaska! The next most requested Tryout location??? - Texas! We are even getting a few from the Sunshine State of Florida.
We are still determining final Tryout locations, so if you want us to come to your State, let us know..! And remember, if you haven't filled out your tryout application yet, get it in there... all the information we are receiving from the applicants is certainly helping us plan our logistics.
Based on the applications we have so far, the judges are going to have a difficult time, and TV viewers across America are going to meet some very talented and interesting people...!! Maybe YOU will be one of them...!!!
Come to Minnesota, we will not disapoint!!

Doug Phillips-Hamblett from Newport, VT emailed us that he had sent in his application.
Consider him for a coaching job. He has informally coached many of us in the Green Mountain Curling Club. He is good at it and is quite a colorful character.

Come and visit us here in Seattle at the Seattle Granite Curling Club. The next closest club to us with dedicated ice east of us is North Dakota! We have a couple of mens teams that just participated in the US Mens National, Team Larway and Team Romaniuk, both which made the playoffs! Our organization is very friendly, and all of our positions are volunteer only, except for the ice man and janitorial staff!!!

I agree with Cindy! Come to Washington! That way, you're the closest to Alaska without having to be so far out for everyone else! We're the PERFECT location. I have to witness this!
